Having carried out two open card sorting, users found the filters confusing, so we proceeded to carry out a third one, this time closed, trying to differentiate the two archetypes. However, the result was not successful.
The problem was that the same term was used for several categories (volunteer), and the people involved in the study grouped them together because it made sense to them.
On the other hand, the “chat” category was added after card sorting, and the term search volunteer was renamed for search engine, and geolocalization for my location.
